RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to return your purchase. 

Damages/Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date. 

UK Returns


We will refund you the original purchase price, less a postage cost of £4.95.

To start your return, please log in to your account on our website using the email address you used to place your order.

Once logged in, go to your Order History and select the order containing the item you would like to return. From there, choose the option to Request a Return or Start a Return, if you are still within the returns period. 

Please select the item or items you wish to return, choose the reason for your return, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions by email, including any next steps required to send your item back to us.

Please make sure the item is returned in line with our returns policy.


International Orders:
 

For international orders placed before 16 June 2026, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservices.netcompanyineosstore@fourexgroup.com. We will arrange a DHL returns label for you and confirm the return cost before proceeding. The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund and may vary depending on your location.

Please have your order number and email address ready, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return.

A returns label will be issued by our customer services team upon confirmation of your return request. Attach this to the outside of the parcel.

Refunds
On receipt of your return and once the goods have completed quality control, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 -5 business days. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Products Return & Refund 
All digital products, including but not limited to digital gift cards, downloadable content and virtual items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Digital products are particularly vulnerable to fraudulent activity. To protect both our customers and our business:

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • We do not allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges after delivery.
  • Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction may be subject to review and further action.

Delivery Responsibility 
Customers are responsible for ensuring: 

  • The accuracy of the recipient’s email address or delivery details at checkout.
  • That they safeguard digital gift card codes or download links once received.

We cannot replace or refund digital products that are lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Exceptional Circumstances 
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by a verified system error
  • Failure of delivery due to a technical issue on our end

All such cases are subject to internal review and must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Cancellation of related orders
  • Further investigation

By purchasing digital products from the INEOS Grenadiers Cycling Team Store, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
